- Firm to submit form to TMLS to unsubscribe Licensee from TMLS while license is inactive (Required by TMLS per Rules and Regs)
- Once CE is current, Firm to submit NCREC Form 2.08 to activate and affiliate licensee with Firm.
- Per NCREC, please allow 30 calendar days after submission of Form 2.08 for processing. If Firm does not receive acknowledgement from the Commission within 25 days, Firm will contact the Commission office on your behalf.
- Upon Licensee activation, Firm will reinstate Licensee’s TMLS subscription by submitting the Subscription form to TMLS
- Reminder: Licensee is not to perform any brokerage activities while license is in inactive status.
